Job Description

SaaScend is a consulting company working with Technology and SaaS startups on Growth and System Operations. Our clients turn to us when they’re looking for help with Sales and Marketing to scale their startups.

We’re a group that loves technology, startups, and digital marketing. Whomever is hired for this position will also participate in daily trainings and have access to our video library on digital marketing, marketing automation, and sales/marketing operations.

SaaScend is looking for a Data Coordinator to help expand our data service line for both existing and new clients. This is a contract position with the potential to turn into full time after the initial contract expires.

This is a remote part time position with flexible hours depending on client requests. The position pays between $13-15/hour DOE. College students and new grads are encouraged to apply. We’re looking for someone eager to learn beyond the data work to help in other service lines in the future.

Responsibilities

  1. Working with our clients on our data service line for lead generation, account list building, and data enrichment
  2. Reviewing spreadsheets and coordinating with our partners on data quality and accuracy
  3. Communicating with our internal team and partners on the status of projects in Asana and Slack
  4. Video conferencing with our clients to help scope projects and gather feedback
  5. Developing and recommending new processes for areas of improvement and efficiency
  6. Learning digital marketing and operational better practices to become a better marketer

Qualifications

  1. Detailed Oriented
  2. Eager to learn digital marketing
  3. Experience with Slack, Asana, and Salesforce a plus
  4. Startup experience a plus
  5. Good communicator who can work remotely
  6. Mid level understanding of Google Spreadsheets and Excel formulas
  7. Quick learner and Independent thinker
